Salary: A£35,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Thursday 08.00am - 17.00pm, Fridays - 08.00am - 16.30pm

The Role

They're looking for a dynamic and hands-on Lean Practitioner to spearhead their internal process transformation.

In this key role, you'll work closely with teams across the business to capture and formalise existing practices, turning them into clear, scalable systems that drive efficiency and consistency.

This opportunity would suit a recent postgraduate with a strong foundation in Lean methodologies and a passion for operational excellence.

What You'll Do

* Continue to map and document internal workflows across departments to enhance efficiency and transparency
* Develop and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Exploit bottlenecks, constraints, and inefficiencies, implementing improvements
* Lead CI initiatives to drive process gains
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive best practice
* Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

Skills and Qualifications

* Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or CI leadership
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
* Ability to work independently and influence change
* Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments preferred
