My client, an established HVAC service provider are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team. This role involves breakdown, repair, and servicing of commercial gas systems across Birmingham. Position: Commercial Gas Engineer
Location: Birmingham
Salary: GBP47,000 per annum

Responsibilities
As a Commercial Gas Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Diagnosing and repairing faults in commercial gas systems.
* Conducting routine servicing and maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely.
* Responding to breakdowns and providing timely, effective solutions.
* Ensuring all work complies with current safety regulations and industry standards.
* Maintaining accurate records of work completed and materials used.
* Providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Relevant Gas Safe qualifications (e.g., CCN1, COCN1, CODNCO1, or equivalent).
* Proven experience in servicing, repairing, and maintaining commercial gas systems.
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
* A full UK driving license.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Commitment to health and safety standards.
Day-to-Day
Your typical day will involve:
* Traveling to client sites across Birmingham to carry out scheduled maintenance or respond to breakdowns.
* Diagnosing issues and implementing effective repairs.
* Performing routine servicing to ensure systems are operating at peak efficiency.
* Liaising with clients to provide updates and recommendations.
* Completing all necessary documentation and reports.
* Participating in an on-call rota to provide emergency support when required.
