Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: A£45,000 - A£50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Based at a Bodyshop in Bidford-on-Avon, you'll play a key role in ensuring every campervan and vehicle produced meets the highest levels of safety, finish, and attention to detail.
What You'll Do
As a Panel Beater , you'll take pride in delivering flawless repairs and restorations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assessing damage and determining the most effective repair approach.
* Removing, repairing, or replacing damaged panels with precision.
* Reshaping and repairing dents, applying fillers, and preparing surfaces for finishing.
* Conducting quality control checks to ensure all work meets exacting standards.
* Collaborating with colleagues to meet deadlines and deliver excellence.
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace at all times.
Are You the Panel Beater We're Looking For?
We're seeking a skilled and motivated professional with a proven track record in panel beating. You'll bring:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in panel beating (ATA / NVQ Level 3 qualification is desirable).
* Strong knowledge of automotive panel repair techniques, tools, and materials.
* Experience using jigs, fixtures, and equipment.
* A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring a flawless finish.
* Great teamwork and communication skills.
* A full, clean driving licence (preferred).

* Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
* Salary: A£45,000 - A£50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
* Holiday entitlement: 30 days inclusive of bank holidays
