The Coordinator, Compensation and People Support is part of the Global Compensation, Mobility team within the People Division. This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Global Compensation & Mobility and People Support leadership teams. As a key contributor to the People function this role helps drive the successful execution of Compensation and HR programs.

-Provides administrative support for Global Compensation, Mobility and People Support leadership team, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, expense management and coordinating events
-Assists in the preparation of Compensation Committee meetings including materials, binders, and proof-reading
-Maintains team policies and procedures documentation, forms, and templates
-Assist in the delivery of team member communications
-Prepares and audits various bi-weekly recurring Compensation reports
-Provides meticulous review of documents and external material
-Supports new team member onboarding and People recognition programs and events
-Collaborates with external vendors on respective data inquiries and reports
-Manages teams’ timekeeping and provides payroll support
-Support special Compensation and HR projects and initiatives as assigned
 

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience

-Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience/training
-Meticulous attention to detail
-Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and external vendors
-Strong problem-solving skills
-Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to company policies and legal requirements
-Superior interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interface with personnel at all levels
 

Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience

-Human Resources or administrative assistant experience
-Prior analytical or administrative experience in Human Resources, Finance, HRIS, Accounting or related
 

Skills, Licenses, and Certifications

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.
-Skills in performing various mathematical computations
-Experience with SuccessFactors
-Ability to provide strong customer service orientation with demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize tasks
-Ability to use appropriate judgment and discretion in completing work assignments to ensure confidentiality of employee compensation data
