OVERVIEW:
•This role is ideal for an immediately available locum with experience in both freehold and leasehold transactions, primarily handling part exchange buy-ins and resales, with occasional involvement in new build projects
•You will work with clients, external agencies, and other legal professionals to ensure that matters are managed effectively
•The firm is seeking experienced locums with at least 3 years in a similar role
•Experience managing a full caseload independently
•The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and capable of working independently
