Reporting into the Head of Ecommerce & Independent Digi Plus, you will be supporting customers with traditional account management and telesales where it adds value. You'll be at the forefront of blending digital-first sales with personal service-running campaigns, activating marketing initiatives, and building lasting relationships that encourage loyalty, retention, and sales growth. About you:
What you need
* B2B Sales & Account Management - 1+ year experience in telesales, account management, or sales support; proven ability to grow customer accounts, influence buying behaviour, and hit sales targets.
* Ecommerce & Digital Skills - confident using digital tools (CRM, Excel) with hands-on experience in ecommerce/self-serve platforms; Shopify knowledge desirable.
* Commercial & Communication Strengths- excellent communicator, comfortable with pricing and commercial discussions; organised, analytical, and collaborative.
* Personal Fit - customer-first, proactive, adaptable, digitally minded, and resilient; ideally with exposure to foodservice, FMCG, or hospitality sectors.
What will differentiate you:
* Understanding and experience of Shopify
* Work experience in the Foodservice/FMCG/hospitality sectors
