Job Title: Financial Controller
Department: Finance/Accounting
Salary: $115,000-$125,000 + Bonus (TBC)
Location: North Carolina (Relocation Required)

* A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* 4+ years hands-on experience in resort or hotel financial leadership roles ( must-have )
* Familiarity with Sage and Versa (preferred)
* Strong leadership and reporting skills
* Willingness to relocate to North Carolina and be a key part of the on-site team
* Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach.
