About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Accountant & Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team. This hybrid role combines traditional accounting responsibilities with a strong focus on financial modeling, pricing analysis, and data interpretation to drive strategic decision-making across the business. You'll work closely with the CFO and CEO, providing key insights that fuel operational success and long-term planning. Ideal candidates are comfortable with both detailed accounting work and high-level data analysis, and enjoy collaborating in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Oklahoma City. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional flexibility required to meet organizational needs. A Day in the Life As a Senior Accountant & Analyst at RivrHub, your day could include: Leading the month-end close process and ensuring accurate financial reporting across the organization. Preparing and analyzing budget vs. actual performance reports and assisting in forecasting. Developing and maintaining pricing models, analyzing margin data, and identifying areas for improvement. Working with operational teams to understand business drivers and translate them into actionable financial insights. Performing account reconciliations, journal entries, and cash flow analysis. Collaborating with leadership on strategic planning, using financial data to inform key decisions. Enhancing internal reporting processes and creating dashboards or reports to increase visibility into financial performance. Ensuring accounts payable and receivable processes are optimized and timely. Assisting with year-end activities and tax preparation support. Participating in process improvement and automation projects within the finance function. Who You Are You love numbers-and know how to turn them into actionable insights. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. 4-7 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or financial analysis. Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles. Demonstrated experience with data analysis, financial modeling, and business reporting. High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling) and experience with QuickBooks or similar software. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive financial information. Preferred Qualifications CPA designation or progress toward CPA certification. Experience in payroll processing and tax report filing. Familiarity with e-commerce, retail, or Amazon Seller Central is a plus. Experience using business intelligence tools or financial reporting platforms.
