The Procure to Pay Team Leader is responsible to deliver high quality services in Procure to Pay processes to Molson Coors entities in scope but also across Global Business Services, by building strong partnerships with the Business Process Experts structure in the Business Units, as well as with all the stakeholders involved. The Team Leader drives operations Key Performance Indicator's (KPIs) adherence and continuous improvement initiatives by motivating the team members, assesses performance and properly escalates and puts in place improvement plans at individual and team level.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Coordinates operations and monitors the team performance based on agreed KPIs. Ensures all team members are aware of KPIs for agreed deliverables and of current & expected performance

-Presents KPI’s results in operational reviews, analyzes data & trends, identifies improvement opportunities on processes, raising them as proposal to next level for validation

-Ensures that Procure to Pay Process Maps and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed, and process controls are in place  

-Executes the road map for designated teams/processes

-Adheres to MCBC HR practices in terms of people retention, performance assessment, motivation and talent development. Develops action plans, coaching and mentoring team members, developing talent, organizing career path meetings with team members 

-Owns 100% accurate and timely inputs for the team they supervise for salary, leaves and incentives and other HR processes like employee health and safety regulations 

-Facilitates issue resolution not only within team, but also inter-team and cross functionally 

-Executes on growth plan and agreed transitions for designated teams/processes

-Service delivery within the Department Budget, drives productivity improvements within the team and identifies opportunities for cost reduction

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

-Team coordination experience & Managerial toolkit (knowledge about management processes & practices)
-Comprehensive knowledge of the PTP process (Invoice Processing, Payments, T&E)

-People oriented, able to create good relationships and achieve results as a team

-Continuous improvement mindset, analytical and time management skills

-Communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills

-Strong time management and prioritization skills

-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

-Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, including Excel & SAP)

-English level B2
