Daily Rate: GBP90-GBP110 per day (depending on experience)
About the Role
A welcoming and supportive primary school in Lambeth is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from 29th September. The role will involve providing targeted support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN), helping them to access learning and make progress both academically and socially.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant who is passionate about inclusion and enjoys working with children who require additional support in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN.

Adapt learning materials and activities to meet individual needs.

Encourage positive behaviour, participation, and independence.

Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support strategies.

Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or similar role in a school.

A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
*
Understanding of SEN strategies and willingness to learn.
