SEN Teaching Assistant - Haringey Primary School (Long-Term Role)
A welcoming primary school in Haringey is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their specialist hub from September 2025 until July 2026, with the view of going permanent. This long-term opportunity is ideal for a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children with a range of additional needs.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work with pupils across different year groups in the school's SEN hub, supporting children with Autism, complex needs, and behavioural challenges. Some pupils also require personal care, so experience in this area would be an advantage. The role requires patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships with children who benefit from a structured and nurturing environment.
The school has excellent transport links, with bus routes nearby and the station just a 5-minute walk away, making it an accessible and supportive setting for staff.
