Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
GBP45,000 + optional overtime
Sites across Central London
* Carry out lighting maintenance, including small installations, fault-finding, lamp replacements, ballast changes, control panel work, and power distribution.
* Service air conditioning systems, including Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs), performing filter changes and cleaning.
* Undertake water treatment tasks, such as temperature checks
* Monitor the BMS system, including temperature checks for hot and cold water.
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors as needed.
* Maintain and update site logbooks regularly.
Requirements:
* Level 3 electrical installations or equivalent
* 18th Edition
* Full UK drivers license
