We are currently seeking an On-Site Project Manager for an upcoming commercial solar project located in Southcentral New Mexico .
Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen or legal resident Must be able to pass a federal background check Must hold a valid Electrical Journeyman License Must have reliable transportation and insurance Must possess the tools necessary to complete the job Must be detail-oriented and organized
Core Responsibilities:
Coordinate material deliveries and ensure timely arrival to site Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure all work is completed to code, to spec, and on schedule Escort subcontractors and vendors as required on a secure federal facility Submit and manage access pass requests for personnel and deliveries Hold regular on-site meetings with stakeholders to review progress and address issues Maintain and organize all relevant project documentation including: Delivery tickets Delivery logs Daily reports Site photos Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times Serve as the primary point of contact for project execution at the site level

Position Details:
