In the role of Sr Forensic Security Analyst working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the global Cybersecurity team. You will lead complex and highly sensitive investigations into cybersecurity incidents, applying advanced forensic techniques to analyze digital evidence, identify threats, and support incident response efforts across our global enterprise. This role demands deep expertise in malware analysis, network traffic analysis, and digital forensics, as well as a strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate closely with HR, Legal, and IT teams to ensure investigations are thorough, legally sound, and aligned with organizational policies. Your work will be instrumental in protecting the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data, responding to potential data loss events, and supporting the broader data protection program.
This position reports to the Sr. Mgr IT Security and works closely with cross-functional teams including HR, Legal, and IT, as well as global data protection and security awareness teams. You will also play a key role in the security awareness program by identifying behavioral vulnerabilities that could lead to future incidents and helping to shape targeted education and prevention strategies. Your ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, combined with your proficiency in forensic tools and strong analytical skills, will make you a trusted advisor in strengthening our cybersecurity posture and mitigating risk across the organization.
What You’ll Be Brewing:

-Conduct forensic analysis using specialized tools to examine digital evidence, document findings, and produce detailed reports that clearly communicate investigation outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
-Manage and triage alerts from insider risk management systems, prioritizing high-risk events and utilizing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools to monitor, detect, and prevent data breaches, ensuring the protection of sensitive information.
-Collaborate with HR, Legal, and other internal departments to perform thorough investigations while ensuring all activities align with legal, regulatory, and organizational compliance standards.
-Perform advanced malware and network traffic analysis to detect, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity threats across the enterprise.
-Lead complex cybersecurity investigations by applying advanced forensic methodologies to identify threats, determine root causes, and support remediation efforts in coordination with cross-functional teams.
Key Ingredients:

-You hold a bachelor’s degree in forensic science, computer science, cybersecurity, IT, or have equivalent experience.
-You have 5–8 years of hands-on experience in digital forensics, insider risk, data loss prevention (DLP), or cybersecurity.
-You’re GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA) certified—or working toward it—and understand its value in complex investigations.
-You’re an expert in forensic tools and techniques, including malware analysis, network traffic inspection, and data recovery.
-You understand regulatory frameworks like GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA, and know how them in investigations.
-You’re skilled in incident response and investigation methodologies, and know how to lead and document forensic cases.
-You’re proficient across operating systems—Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile—and familiar with cloud security tools in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
-You’ve worked with endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools like Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
-You have strong analytical skills and know how to interpret data using tools like EnCase, FTK, and Wireshark.
-You can script or code to automate forensic processes and improve investigation efficiency.
-You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring transparency and understanding.
-You collaborate effectively with HR, Legal, IT, and other cross-functional teams.
-You adapt quickly to evolving technologies and methodologies in the digital forensics and cybersecurity landscape.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $107,000.00 - $140,400.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
