Qualifications:
-Master/Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
-5+ years of professional back-end development experience, focusing on scalable, high-performance applications.
Required skills:
-English communication skills enabling effective project collaboration in a distributed and international team
-Git / GitHub for source control management and code collaboration

-Spring Framework, Spring Boot
-Designing and implementing RESTful APIs
-Maven
-Knowledge of relational database systems (preferred DB2 or PostgreSQL) and data structures

-Solid understanding of design patterns, microservices, and scalable system design
-In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
-Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills for back-end systems
-Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and performance optimization
-Knowledge of test framework (JUnit, Mockito, Gatling or TestNJ)
-Knowledge of secure coding practices for back-end applications, OWASP
