We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however for this role you will be expected to attend your BAE Systems base location (or our customer sites) 3-5 days per week.
Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus
What you’ll be doing:

-Your role is broad and can operate across several key phases of our User Centred Design (UCD) methodology from Discovery, Define and Design to Implementation, Test and Deploy.
-You will conduct research, persona creation, needs analysis, site maps, wireframes and prototypes.
-You will also be responsible for creating visually engaging and innovative products, bringing concepts to life by eliciting human response to visuals of all kind.
-You will know the power of imagery, motion, interactivity and design.
-You will utilise relevant design and prototyping software packages such as Sketch, Figma and the Adobe Create Suite
-You will have an awareness of Agile development and Lean UX

Qualification Requirements:
As a minimum requirement you'll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2:2 in your Bachelor's of Master's degree in a STEM subject.
