Why are we proud of what we do at allnex? We create coatings, products which help protect the world for all nex-t generations – and that’s exactly what you can do joining us!

Imagine how fast your smartphone would become scratched-up, ugly and unusable without a coating. Or an e-bike, the cabin of a train, a beautiful wooden floor, and countless other things in life.

Making objects and their surfaces more attractive and longer-lasting means making them more sustainable, and that’s a huge part of what working at allnex is about. No matter which role you step into, you’ll become part of a global team of passionate people who care deeply about the chemistry, quality, and global impact of coatings.

You’ll also join a highly multicultural and diverse team of more than 4,000 employees in four regions who – as part of one of the world’s leading coating resins companies – serve customers in over 100 countries across the globe.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our planning processes—leveraging data, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our products are available when and where they’re needed. Responsibilities
-Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts for key products across the region, leveraging historical data, sales input, and market intelligence.
-Analyze demand patterns and product usage trends to support production planning and raw material procurement.
-Lead monthly demand reviews with regional sales, product management, and planning teams to incorporate insights into the demand plan and adjust forecasts based on customer signals and market dynamics.
-Support the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by providing data-driven insights, forecast accuracy reports, and scenario analyses.
-Monitor forecast performance (bias, accuracy), identify root causes of deviations, and implement continuous improvement measures.
-Coordinate with global planning teams to ensure alignment with corporate forecasting processes and systems.
-Provide input into product lifecycle planning, including new product introductions, phase-outs, and demand transitions.
-Maintain and enhance planning tools, dashboards, and reports to support real-time decision-making.

Required skills and experience
-5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, or production planning within the chemical or process manufacturing industry.
-Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lead times, and raw material dependencies.
-Proficient in forecasting and ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
-Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus.
-Analytical & Forecasting Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and apply forecasting methods (e.g., time series, regression).
-Familiarity with regulatory considerations in chemical manufacturing is an advantage.

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
-Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven capacity to work cross-functionally across regions and departments.
