Job Description
The Specialty Asset Manager II provides operational suppor in the administration of substantial & complex portfolios within the speciatly asset setment of non-financial assets, namely, mineral and oil and gas. Works with a team of Specialty Asset Managers in partnership with Account Officers, Wealth Advisors, and external professionals to provide comprehensive solutions to mineral managemen needs for clients with assets throughout the United States.

How You'll Spend Your Time
-You will c
onduct detailed administrative tasks such as asset data maintenance, division order processing, lease compliance monitoring, and tax administration using specialized databases and third-party research platforms.
-You will m
aintain and update asset records, resolve complex ownership issues, and analyze production and accounting data.
-You will r
eview legal documents, including deeds, leases, mortgages, and conveyance instruments.

oordinate and participate in client meetings, providing thorough communication and support to clients, internal teams, and external professionals.

upport Specialty Asset Managers with account reviews and other compliance and oversight requirements.

tilize mapping technologies and asset management systems to research oil and gas properties and production data.
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree, Energy Management and 3 - 5 years of related experience or 6 –7 years equivalent work experience.
