Job Summary:
This role is responsible for resolving complex HR issues with a balanced approach of technical expertise, process insight, and empathetic service. As a subject matter expert, the T3 Specialist provides advanced troubleshooting, clear guidance on best practices, and ensures timely, accurate resolutions that enhance the employee experience across all levels of the organization—from GSS to resort Senior Leadership Teams (SLTs).
In addition to issue resolution, the T3 Specialist proactively identifies knowledge gaps, streamlines workflows, and contributes to the development of scalable solutions that improves HR services from Genpact to the resorts. This role requires strong analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement in HR operations.

Job Responsibilities:
-Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives
-Contribute to the development and refinement of self-service tools and resources
-Resolve complex Tier 3 HR Request with accuracy and empathy
-Create and update standard operating procedures and training materials as needed
-Partner with COEs to ensure alignment and consistency across HR services
-Analyze service trends to identify opportunities for process enhancements
-Provide coaching and support to Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams on complex requests
-Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate COEs and follow through to resolution
-Lead training initiatives for Shared Services team members
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar years of
working experience preferred
-3-5 years in a high-volume HR Shared Services environment
-Supervisory experience preferred, but not required.
-Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, and ServiceNow
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional discretion
-Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
-Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
-Ability to work independently and manage escalations effectively
-Previous experience with Outlook, Microsoft Office, Teams
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $22.00/hr - $28.05/hr. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
