Your Impact
As Branch Manager, you'll oversee all sales and operations for the branch, setting the pace for excellence in both service and performance. Lead and inspire your team to work together, achieve business goals, and ensure exceptional service and results for our customers. Build lasting relationships with employees, customers, and vendors. Collaborate with Territory Managers to exchange market insights, discover new opportunities, and stay ahead of pricing trends. Ensure every department works in sync to deliver on our brand promise: Right Product, Right Place, Right Price.

Responsibilities:
Exchanging market information with Territory Managers to identify opportunities, advance company objectives, and understand pricing trends Traveling with Territory Managers to deepen existing customer relationships Reviewing branch billings to ensure accuracy and promptness Using data to make decisions on the best deployment of assets Collaborating with other Branch Managers, Regional Managers, Accounts Receivable Managers and additional corporate personnel to ensure success locally and within the company overall Working with vendors to identify opportunities and resolve issues
Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred, years of service will be considered in lieu of degree Experience in HVAC, sheet metal, or industrial distribution preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Eclipse / Solar ERP system knowledge is a strong plus A strong communicator - written and verbal An Excellent leader with proven success in building teams and fostering collaboration High integrity and professionalism
