Description:
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to meet the needs of various teams and skill levels within the organization.
Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources, to support various learning modalities.
Facilitate workshops, hands-on training, and presentations to educate employees on new processes, technologies, and best practices.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Act as a mentor to employees, providing guidance and support to help them apply new skills effectively.
Collaborate with supervisors to identify training needs and create tailored development plans.
Ensure all training incorporates necessary safety standards and regulatory compliance measures relevant to the industry.
Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to reinforce training and facilitate skill development.
Address any questions or concerns related to training content or procedures.
Continues personal competency through training, education, etc.
Report to work at the scheduled time, work as scheduled and seldom be absent from work.

Requirements:
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety standards. Proficiency with training tools and technologies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
Proficiency in using training software and tools, as well as data analysis tools relevant to R&D.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to build relationships with employees at all levels, providing support and motivation.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to identify training needs and develop solutions to address performance gaps.
Education/Experience/Certifications/Licenses
Must be able to complete all band training and certifications required for the majority of production positions.
Education Required - High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Higher education encouraged.
Proven experience in training, instructional design, or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
