Salary: Up to A£42,000 plus tronc

My client is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their team at this Boutique 4* hotel & Spa in Kent. As Restaurant Manager you will oversee the development & training of the team along with bringing the service levels to the highest standards.

About the position
* Manage and training the team to the highest level of consistency
* Manage the P&L, forecasting and budgeting
* Oversee all F&B outlets including events
* Take responsibility of the rota and the recruitment for the department
* Interact with guests and lead by example
* Report to the General Manager
The successful candidate
* Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager
* Hotel experience would be beneficial
* Conference & Banqueting experience
* A born leader with a can-do attitude
* Strong knowledge of the industry and drive for best service
* A dynamic and motivated individual
* Someone with a passion for F&B
