About the Role
How you will contribute
-Controlling of daily business in regards of defined processes including derivation of necessary measures and implementation monitoring
-Improving and coordinating of billing process to the customer
-Proactively identifying of process improvements
-Proceeding 2nd level inquiries
-Monitoring, evaluating, and analyzing customer-related KPIs
-Monitoring deadlines for customer orders and providing feedback to the relevant departments and customers
-Preparing for customer calls to discuss quality and performance
-Acting as a contact person for internal and external process and handling questions.
Your Key Qualifications

-Completed training / apprenticeship as a forwarding / customer Service agent or comparable training
-4+ years in customer service
-Several years of experience in segment of process improvement
-Practical experience in the customer service area of logistics is desirable
-Confident handling of MS-Office applications, focus on Excel
-Fluent in written and spoken German
-Good English skills
-Customer oriented
-You are a team player, have good communication skills, are reliable and stress-resistant
-You enjoy dealing with customers and technical systems
-You work independently and are characterized by goal-oriented, proactive work with high self- demands
