Your new role
As a Market Insights Lead at Novo Nordisk, you will drive the collection, organisation, analysis and dissemination of data and insights related to our portfolio, with particular focus on the UK obesity market.
In the role you will also:
-Ensure robust data quality by collaborating with data providers, Novo Nordisk systems, and internal stakeholders and manage UK market data contracts and act as the key contact for data-related third parties
-Provide strong analysis and insights on brand performance, market structure, patient dynamics, and consumer trends.
-Collaborate with the Commercial Finance Team and Customer Excellence Team to deliver comprehensive data and decision support.
-Develop and optimise analytics tools to meet evolving business needs as well as support market research initiatives with third-party agencies to address unanswered questions
-Establish and re-evaluate priorities for Obesity & Diabetes data and insights with key stakeholders together with leading core team meetings, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
-Contribute to the Strategy & Analytics Team’s objectives by driving key tasks, leading projects, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
-Ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements, Novo Nordisk policies, and quality standards.

You will join the newly established Strategy & Analytics team and report directly to the Director of Strategy & Analytics.
Your skills & qualifications
We’re looking for an excellent team player with strong analytical and communication skills who meets the following criteria:
-Degree in a relevant field and Advanced IT skills in Power BI, Excel, and Power Point
-Experience and proven results from working in a data analytics or market insight’s role, ideally within a Healthcare or related environment
-Demonstrable experience in business partnering and becoming a trusted partner / ’go to’ person, including being confident in dealing with senior stakeholders
-Demonstrable ability in analysing complex issues, utilising strategic thinking and implementing solutions and experience in cross-functional stakeholder and project management
-Knowledge of the UK Pharmaceutical market/consumer market is highly desirable
