Systems Engineer to provide Maintenance Support (Preventive and Corrective) of Integrated Security Systems at customer site.
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for corrective/preventive of Integrated Security Systems
-Maintain CCTV, PA, Intercom, Door Access, Perimeter Surveillance, Back-end Servers
-On-site servicing, coordination and supervision works
-Fault recovery following service level agreement
-Prepare Incident Report, UAT and documents
-Conduct research on his own proactively and provide technical solutions/improvements
-Lead additional adhoc tasks assigned by manager
The ideal profile should have
-Require min Degree in Electronic Engineering or IT
-Must be able to security cleared CAT 2AGood working attitude and proactive
Team player, able to communicate with peer & Project Manager.
-Willingness to learn & take on new role & responsibility assigned.
-Handle customer and work under pressure
-Manage vendors to achieve the task without supervisionAble to troubleshoot and resolve fault independently
-Selected candidate is expected to work on Saturdays at least once a month and perform on-call standby duty
