Job Title: Graduate Mechanical Engineer
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
We are looking for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join a growing engineering team in Aylesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills within a supportive engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design and development of mechanical components and assemblies
- Produce 2D and 3D CAD models and drawings using SolidWorks
- Support senior engineers with ongoing projects and new product development
- Contribute to technical documentation, Bills of Materials (BoMs), and design reviews
- Liaise with production teams to ensure designs are practical and manufacturable
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- Proficiency in SolidWorks (essential)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Enthusiastic and keen to develop within an engineering environment
