What you'll do:
* Own the company vision, launch it, brand it, make it a success.
* Grow our UK business, build relationships, spot opportunities, and bring in new customers.
* Learn + Lead - get to know our operations, customers, and products, with a view to stepping into UK leadership.
What we're after:
* A natural relationship-builder who's great at finding opportunities.
* Background in technical/OEM sales (engineering know-how is a big plus).
* Someone who enjoys taking ownership, making things happen, and thinking long-term.
