Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Cambridge
Senior Quantity Surveyors, come and join my clients commercial team! Projects on average range between GBP10 - GBP50 million and the sectors include: Leisure, Justice, Defence, Education, Healthcare and Commercial schemes.
About The Role:
As the Senior Surveyor, you will play a key role within the organisation where you will lead the team on a project, working collaboratively with both customers and industry specialists.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery.
* Working alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors.
* Managing the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement.
* Being involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome.
* Manage the project commercial team.
Skills & Experience:
* Main contractor experience within the Construction space
* Experience of different contract forms
* Experience as a Senior Surveyor on projects ranging between GBP10m to GBP50m
* Experience in establishing, managing and leading a large project team
