HTI is searching for a Project Manager for a leading engineering consulting firm specializing in industrial projects, providing detailed design and construction documentation for both new facilities and retrofits. The multidisciplinary team, consisting of mechanical, civil, structural, instrumentation, and electrical engineers, works closely with clients, vendors, and contractors to deliver high-quality engineering solutions that drive industrial growth and innovation.

What You Need:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or related engineering discipline). 10-15 years of project management experience in industrial or process environments. Broad technical knowledge across multiple disciplines (process, mechanical, structural, electrical). Experience in owner/operator settings or EPC firms preferred. Strong leadership skills - decisive, direct, and comfortable managing client-facing conflict. Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proven track record in project delivery.
What Your Role Will Look Like:
Project Management & Leadership
Lead industrial projects from concept through execution, managing scope, budget, and schedule. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, navigating expectations and difficult conversations. Make confident, informed decisions even with limited information.
Collaboration & Team Building
Work closely with discipline engineers and designers to solve cross-functional project issues. Mentor junior project managers and support leadership succession planning. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
Strategic & Technical Execution
Apply broad technical awareness to ensure constructability and practical solutions. Troubleshoot issues across disciplines beyond your own degree field. Support long-term company growth through leadership and team development.
