Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Lead the development and implementation of talent management and succession planning strategies. Collaborate with executive leadership to define the organization's long-term mission and goals. Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the HR department. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Design and implement employee retention strategies to reduce turnover. Oversee the development and execution of compensation and benefits programs. Manage the recruitment and selection process for the organization. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Develop and monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Advise and assist executives on organizational policy matters. Develop and manage the departmental budget. Ensure the organization's compliance with labor laws and regulations. Oversee and optimize the use of HR technology and systems. Manage relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and benefits providers. Conduct and oversee workforce planning and organizational design. Serve as a strategic advisor on all HR matters to the executive team.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Proven experience in strategic planning and execution within HR functions Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations Experience with HRIS and other HR-related systems Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR teams Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience in handling complex employee relations issues Demonstrated ability to manage change and drive organizational effectiveness Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Proven track record in talent management, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and other departments Experience in budget management and resource allocation SHRM and/or PHR certification preferred
