Key Responsibilities:
Present and sell Finance & Insurance products such as extended service contracts, GAP, tire & wheel protection, and other coverage options to ensure customers are well-protected and confident in their purchase. Secure the most competitive financing options tailored to each customer's needs while ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. Provide a clear explanation of all financing terms and protection options to build trust and long-term customer relationships. Manage vehicle titling, registration, and all compliance requirements in accordance with state and federal regulations. Consistently achieve sales goals for F&I products while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.

Job Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in Finance, Banking, Automotive/Powersports Sales, or related field. Proven ability to sell finance & insurance (F&I) products , with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong knowledge of financing options, lending practices, and compliance regulations . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers. Highly organized and detail-oriented ; able to manage contracts, documents, and titling/registration accurately. Professional, positive, and outgoing demeanor with a customer-first attitude . Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software (preferred). Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment , handling multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy. Strong ethical standards and commitment to following all state and federal regulations . Valid driver's license.
