At Hill’s Pet Nutrition, we're looking for a motivated eCommerce Customer Development Intern to join our team in Woking. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, working with a passionate team dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of pets.

What You'll Do

This internship is designed to give you a true deep dive into the world of eCommerce. You'll be a key player, providing essential support to our eCommerce Customer Development team. Your main focus will be on managing upcoming product transitions, acting as a project management pro, and ensuring we meet our business goals.

-Project & Product Transition Support: You’ll be at the heart of our product launches and delistings. You’ll manage the end-to-end process with our online retail partners, track progress, and coordinate with cross-functional teams like Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure everything runs smoothly.

-Daily eCommerce Operations: You'll be a data whiz, providing weekly analysis and insights from various sources to help the team make informed decisions. This includes everything from sales data and retailer websites to ROI analysis on promotions, helping us identify gaps and make strategic recommendations.

-Team Collaboration: You'll get incredible exposure by attending internal and external meetings, including customer interactions and negotiations. You'll also have the opportunity to represent Hill's at key trade and consumer shows.

What We're Looking For

-A proactive individual with a "can-do" attitude and a genuine interest in eCommerce and the pet nutrition industry.

-Someone with strong analytical skills who is comfortable with data and can derive meaningful insights.

-Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (or Google equivalents) is essential, including skills like pivot tables and VLookups.

-A strong communicator who thrives in a team environment.

-Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
