- Applications are sought from qualified Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
- You will be responsible for a varied corporate caseload to include mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, exits and portfolio instructions, equity capital markets transactions, joint ventures and reorganisations.
- You will possess demonstrable legal technical ability and the confidence to offer commercial advice in a well-reasoned and competent manner.
- Previous experience of supervising more junior members of a team would be advantageous.
- You will have an opportunity to play a significant role in the development of a key practice area in one of the world's most exciting and dynamic law firms.
