Job Description Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to play a key role in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions that align with business objectives and the strategic vision of the Enterprise Architect. This position requires a strong technical background, deep expertise in integration concepts like Pub/Sub, and a firm grasp of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, and ISO 9001. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that IT systems support growth, efficiency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture
Develop scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions aligned with business needs and enterprise architecture. Ensure all solutions follow best practices, including loosely coupled architecture principles. Performance Measure: Successful implementation of solutions that meet scalability, security, and performance benchmarks.
Technology Alignment & Integration
Define standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for seamless system integration. Implement integration patterns such as Pub/Sub and facilitate Microsoft Data Mesh adoption. Performance Measure: Reduction in integration issues and improved system interoperability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with business and IT teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions. Foster communication between development, infrastructure, and business teams to drive innovation. Performance Measure: Positive stakeholder feedback and successful implementation of cross-team initiatives.
Technical Oversight & Innovation
Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies that enhance business efficiency and reduce technical debt. Optimize solutions using business value-driven metrics such as ROI and TCO . Performance Measure: Adoption of innovative solutions and reduction of legacy system dependencies. Required Qualifications & Experience Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. Strong experience with integration concepts like Pub/Sub and loosely coupled architectures . In-depth knowledge of architecture frameworks including TOGAF, COBIT, and ISO 9001 . Expertise in data modeling and designing scalable enterprise systems. Hands-on experience with the Microsoft technology stack and Microsoft Data Mesh . Ability to assess ROI and TCO to ensure cost-effective and strategically aligned solutions. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. The base salary for this role is $140,000 to $160,000, depending on level of skills and experience.
The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance. The salary range is just a part of the total rewards package provided to employees at Enterprise, and other rewards may include annual performance bonuses and generous paid leave programs.
