Description:
We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled Call Center Technician to join our growing tech team. In this role, you will provide first-line technical assistance to customers over the phone, via email, or chat. You will troubleshoot product or service issues, provide guidance, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming customers calls in a professional and timely manner
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software or service issues
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions
Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams
Log all customer interactions and updates accurately in the ticketing system
Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure closure
Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services
Support cross-functional teams when needed
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in a call center or technical support environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities
Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
